Drinking large amount of water helps to increase the muscles and metabolism both at the same time. It gives refreshment to the mind and makes it more active. And also relaxes your catabolic stress hormone i.e. cart sol which forces you to take stress when you are in tension or depression. Moreover, water also helps to lessen the lactic acid which increases by doing exercise in gymnasiums.
To drink large amount of water early in the morning is best to boost up your body hydration process. When you sleep or take rest, you loose your fluids but it becomes better when you take sufficient amount of water. And if you drink one or two glass of water along with the multivitamins then you can easily lift the weights. I personally do the same. Instead of going again and again to the store for purchasing water cans, you should have a water cooling system or filter system at home.

The reason is that we work for so many hours and consume lots of fluids so drinking in large amount helps to maintain our internal body. So it’s better to leave fizzy drinks which are just artificial.
