Sometime many banks hesitate to provide loans to self employed people because they have no payslips to give a proof of regular income. So you will often find people being refused by banks because of risks. If you are unable to provide a certain evidence of your income then most probably you will be failed to get a loan. However chances of getting loan are not faded. You can succeed if you present your case in appropriate manners in a appropriate bank.

A common principle to get a loan without presenting pay slips is that if you can demonstrate your case accurately by proving that you have adequate sources to pay the loan then you can get the loan. If you are new in business and want to get a loan, you can get it by providing your two or three weekly payslips. Remember that your pay slips must show equal income otherwise you may have to listen No! If your working experience is weaker then you can present your last year income tax return statement as a proof. If you are not on your job for some time period then a statement from your boss showing your income unstable because of annual leaves can answer your problem. You can get this proof from http://www.payslips.org.uk.

Another solution is to provide proof of income is overtime but not eligible for bank loan because banks do not consider the overtime and incentives a stable income. A few banks can give relaxation to an extent but most of banks do not pay any attention to overtime. So the best way is to find a self employed mortgage firm who appreciates the self employed people and can solve their problem in good way.
